What is Pole Fitness?
Pole dancing for fitness is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise; dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training.
It’s a full-body workout combining dance, fluid movement, dance, acrobatics/gymnastics and strength training. It’s a unique, BADASS form of strength, balance and fluidity training suitable for all ages!
All classes at Pole Fitness Windsor are taught by our experienced and fully qualified instructors.
It’s our job to motivate and encourage you to achieve your own fitness goals through pole dancing for fitness.

Discover Pole Fitness with a taster session. 1 hour to learn about our team, who we are, how and what we teach, and how much fun you can have while burning calories and toning up.

Beginners 6 week Course
You can join our beginner’s course with or without attending a taster session as it’s been designed to teach our students the core techniques and moves to build confidence and improve your strength and coordination.
