At Pole Fitness Windsor we’re mad about pole! We run two different level courses each evening, every 6 weeks, meaning you continue pole with us as long as you like. Maxine, our founder and Lead Instructor has been teaching some students for well over 12 years! 

All of the Pole Fitness courses have been specifically designed for safe progression and fun!

Pole Fitness Windsor Classes and Courses

All Pole Fitness courses are run over six weeks and each class lasts for 1 hour 20 minutess, allowing adequate time for a targeted warm-up & cool-down.

Pole Fitness course classes give you more time on the pole and help prevent injury.

More time on the pole is always best in our book!

Pole Fitness Taster Sessions

One-off classes are designed to give a taste of the six-week beginner course. You will be able to see what goes on and how it is like any other fitness class but with the fun element on top!  There is no pressure to join, it is purely for your fun and enjoyment. Many people come along alone, and, it’s a great opportunity to meet new friends.

Classes are £10 per person for 1 hour.
​Tasters are held every 2-3 weeks.
 


The class involves:

  • A 10-minute warm-up

  • A demonstration of dance moves that can be achieved on the 6-week course

  • Learning 4 to 6 spins with individual help and advice given

  • A cool down to stretch out  muscles

Beginners Pole Fitness 6-week Course

Everyone is a beginner in this class so you’re all in the same boat. In the 6 weeks, you will learn about 20 spins and attempt to climb the pole. 

70% of beginners achieve this but don’t be disheartened if you can’t, I get everyone up there eventually! If you’re a capable student, have strength and if agreed by both parties we will try an invert.

It’s a good idea before the course to start doing some arm exercises, and if you can, a few press-ups, this is not essential but it will help you get used to the techniques we use in pole.

We will work on moves and spins that improve your coordination and your upper body strength throughout the course.

The  course involves:

  • A 20 minute warm-up each week, essential before a fitness class

  • Learning 20 moves step by step with individual teaching and help

  • A targeted cool-down to prevent injury

Beginners Progression Pole Fitness 6-week Course

In the first lesson, you will recap the beginner course to see if there are any moves or problems you need help with before moving on. 

Each week you will learn a further approx 4 - 6 moves, spins or tricks and we will start to link the moves together.

​There will be ample time for you to practice and perfect your growing repertoire.

Pole Fitness Beginner Progression Students

Intermediate Course

In the first lesson you will recap the Beginner Progression to see if there any moves or problems you need help on before moving on. 


Again, you will learn approx 4- 6 moves, spins or tricks per week. I encourage you to make up your own links and pole flow, and show the class. At the end of the course, you will be encouraged to freestyle to a piece of music, to practice the real skill of pole dancing - fluidity and rhythm. Moves can look great on their own but you need to be able to exit out of them gracefully and link them together.

Help and support will be offered throughout and everything is optional so if you feel uncomfortable performing in front of a crowd you don’t need to!

Intermediate Progression | Advance  | Advance plus | Mixed Advance 

As with the previous courses, we recap the moves we need to and move on when ready. The pole world is fast moving and new moves, tricks and transitions are being developed and created every week.

At Pole Fitness we constantly refresh our courses so that students are constantly learning new things and advancing on their techniques.

Pole Club

You must have completed a Beginners course to attend this class.
Pole Club is great if .....

  • You’re unable to commit to a six-week course

  • You're in between courses

  • You haven't been for a while and want to get back in to it

  • You’re not sure which course you should choose next

  • Offer a chance to meet other poler’s at a mixed ability level

 
You can practice for 1hr – 1hr 1.15mins depending on session length that evening. Help is given on linking and perfecting moves.
We will also help you learn a little more!

Lap Dance for Fun

This workshop will teach you a sexy and erotic lap routine that you can use time and time again on your loved one.  We’ll teach you moves that will entice and impress your partner and you’ll learn new skills and gain confidence.

BONUS! We also provide the wine!


You will learn:

  • Basic erotic moves

  • Rolls and fun chair/lap moves

  • Transitions:  from the floor to chair / lap and back again.

  • Incorporating your environment

  • Performance effectiveness/styles and practice

You may come alone or bring a friend.

  • Classes are for women only.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing, leggings and a T-shirt or vest top is best 

  • Please bring a bikini with ties - this goes over your clothes  

  • High heels are not required but are welcome.

Pole Routine Classes

The real art of Pole Dancing is linking the moves together to create a flowing routine. Lots of people can do moves and tricks but struggle to link everything together gracefully. This course teaches you to think quickly, consider timing, control and link moves and spins. Routine courses are Pole Fitness's speciality! We promise you a great few hours, of good fun, calorie burning exercise PLUS  you will get to take home a recorded copy of your performance. You must have completed a beginner course to do this class.   

The 1/2 day class involves: 

  • A 15 minute warm up

  • A demonstration of the routine

  • Practice of the moves we will be using, learning the routine stage by stage

  • Film the routine on camera 

  • Cool down and stretches

The class will be approximately 2.5 -3 hours long and there will be a max of two girls per pole. The cost of the course is £40pp.  Any level can express an interest as different options of the routine will be available from Beginners to Advanced.

Information (please read before booking)

  1. Please note that course fees are due before course commences.  

  2. Payment can be accepted by PayPal or BACS transfer.

  3. T&Cs -Refunds: Please note refunds will only be given at the discretion of Pole Fitness. When booking a Course or Class, you are agreeing to join a course at a particular start date and time, it is therefore  classed as an event.  Pole Fitness will try and accommodate a credit if there is space on the next set or Taster, however Tasters and Courses are non transferable or refundable.

  4. ​Refunds whilst on a Course will be only given for medical reasons only and by provision of a doctors certificate, you must contact Pole Fitness at the time your course is running to advise. If you miss classes, Pole Fitness will try where it can to find an alternative class.  Pole Fitness does not owe classes if you miss a class or are unable to attend.

  5. Deposits - All deposits are non refundable.

  6. Pole Fitness will honour a refund on a course or class if contacted within 24hrs after purchase.
