Pole Fitness Windsor on the Berkshire Buckinghamshire border is one of the UK's Longest-running Pole Fitness schools that offers premier courses from its own 5-pole mirrored studio. Courses of different levels are run 4 days a week.

At Pole Fitness we provide a fun and challenging approach to pole dancing in a welcoming and professional environment.  Pole dancing for fitness is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training. ​

Whatever your age, size, shape or ability,  let us help you achieve your fitness goals. There's no intimidation in my class, is all about getting fit and having fun. We're a shorts and vest top type studio, however, wear what you feel most comfortable in.

All classes at Pole Fitness are taught by our fully qualified instructors who will motivate and encourage you to achieve your own fitness goals through pole dancing for fitness. Whatever your age, size, shape or ability,  let us help you achieve your fitness goals. There is no intimidation in my classes, it's all about getting fit and having fun.

​We are a ‘shorts and vest top’ type studio, however, you wear what you feel most comfortable in. ​

Hi , I’m Maxine and I set up Pole Fitness in 2005, almost 20 years ago.


I was one of the first instructors in the UK to bring pole dancing to a gym environment encouraging Pole Dancing to be recognised as a sport rather than something reserved for Gentleman’s Clubs.

Pole Dancing is great for fitness, strength, fat-burning, toning and sculpting. I’ve never known another exercise like it.

As a well-experienced and fully qualified exercise instructor, I have excellent pole insurance, which means I can teach anywhere, and you’re safe in my care. Not all Pole instructors can say this!

I'm also qualified to teach Pilates and am a trained Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. This gives me extensive knowledge of the muscular and skeletal system benefiting my students when they want to strengthen, stretch, rehabilitate or receive a post-pole workout massage.

I love dance and performed on stage from the tender age of three. Throughout my career, I have choreographed thousands of routines and choreography is my absolute passion. 

I have also danced at events all over the UK including; The 02 pre-opening ceremony, Sugababes & Kelly Le Roc‘s Birthday Party, the Spiderman 3 after party and at various top London clubs.

Nothing pleases me more than to see my students achieve something they didn’t think was possible.

My aim as a teacher is to help every student be the best they can be. Whether you want to master complex gymnastic moves, to spin gracefully or be able to link a fluid routine together, I pride myself on being able to teach a diverse class many moves, spins, tricks, combinations and routines.
