Beginners 6 week Pole Fitness course March DATE TBC

In this course, all students are beginners in this class so you’re all in the same boat. In the 6 week course you will learn about 20 spins and we’ll begin teaching you how to climb the pole.  70% of beginners are able to achieve this but don’t be disheartened if you can’t, you'll master the technique in your own time!

If you’re' a capable student, have strength and if agreed by both parties we’ll look to teach you how to safely invert. It’s a good idea before the course to start doing some arm exercises, it's is not essential but it will help you progress quicker.

​We will also work on strength moves throughout the course.

The course involves:

  • A 20 minute warm up each week

  • Learning 20 moves step by step with individual teaching and help

  • A targeted cool down to prevent injury
